Ian Guilford
Ian has been involved in property development for over 17 years. His first foray was with 12 apartments in the old customhouse in Quay street Auckland. Ian was then intimately involved with the development of: Quest Auckland (Upper Queen Street) and Phoenix Gardens (Grafton). Ian brings extensive experience having pioneered the Quest Groups introduction to New Zealand. He was responsible in his own right for the development of the Quest Hotel Newmarket. Ian has also successfully completed a 44 section subdivision in Hamilton.
Gary Groves
Gary is a highly experienced commercial and residential property developer with an extensive track record of successful developments across New Zealand. Since 1986 Gary has completed many stand alone residential, refurbishment, commercial and multi-unit residential projects. He has successfully completed over 600 high rise units in city. He has completed over $150M worth of product since 1999.
